Great bench for when space is at a premium. I've recently switch to Crossfit type workouts in my basement and space is limited. After doing extensive research online I came across the Marcy Flat Utility Bench. Read all the reviews and pulled the trigger on it. Well since I received it I couldn't be happier. Small, sturdy, compact and good looking to boot. The red stitching on the pad makes it look more expensive than it is. The pad itself is very firm which is great for all of my needs. I'm 225 pounds and did hip thrusters on it tonight with 165 pounds and the bench was rock solid. If space is a concern I'm not sure if you'll find another bench at this price point that's this small and sturdy. Oh, and the bench is pretty light too and designed that if you made a wood bracket you could hang it from a wall with little trouble to really get it out of your way. Easy to assemble and able to support over 200 lbs. of weight. Fair and reasonable price Would have preferred the hamstring lift but not a necessity.

Save your money, this thing is not durable at all.And trying to work on your legs forget about itThe thing is to low to the ground causesYour feet to drag to the floor
