I really needed this lock

Not knowing how damaged or inoperable the padlock hasps were on a container due to arrive, and needing it to become immediately secured upon arrival, I bought this thinking it would be bound to fit somewhere along the two cam shafts securing the doors. It operates perfectly in that capacity, and the only reason I docked it a star is that it seems to be made of thinner material than the pictures indicate, so don't let the pictures be your guide. No lock is 100% secure, so while I know I could cut thru this with a torch or cutting disc, it's still relatively secure, and with the lock facing down, no moisture was trapped in it by the recent heavy rains. Knowing the condition of the hasps now, I can double the security with additional padlocks. Would definitely recommend, and I will buy it again if I need another one.

As a security lock and since I am a steel fabricator I can say that they could have been made out of stronger material. That little thin walled tubing leaves a lot to be desired. It wouldn’t take much or too long to cut with a grinder.

After I got it someone tried to get in the trailer and it stopped them

The delivery and placement of the item was perfect but the product inside the box was damaged (bent) and the paint was chipping off the lock.

Using this bad boy to secure a shipping container used for tool storage. As good as this system is, if anyone really wanted to break into container they will. But with this lock it will take them longer. It's not a 100% full proof lock, but you'll have 2nd thoughts before you try to disable it.
