Fits great, works just as well, easy to install. Good amount of travel - worked very well in his bike. Best dropper for your money! Review: Love it - Nice to get the seat out of the way when going downhill. Stops anywhere between min and max travel if you keep weight on it while releasing dropper leaver. Like the ability to limit max up travel because my seat post tube is long, and removing 10mm of travel is perfect for me. ## Features - Material: 7075 alloy - Diameter: 30.9mm, 31.6mm, 34.9mm - Length: [125mm] 385mm, [150mm] 440mm, [175mm] 480mm, [200mm] 540mm - Offset: 0 - Travel: 125mm, 150mm, 175mm, 200mm ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08MMH516H | | Best Sellers Rank | #817,234 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #802 in Bike Seat Posts | | Bike Type | Mountain Bike | | Brand | PNW Components | | Brand Name | PNW Components | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.9 out of 5 stars 37 Reviews | | EU Spare Part Availability Duration | 3 years | | Item Dimensions W x H | 1.22"W x 4.92"H | | Item Weight | 1.5 pounds | | Manufacturer | PNW Components | | Manufacturer Part Number | LDP309125B | | Model Number | PNW Components | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 1.22"W x 4.92"H | | UPC | 850005672647 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** PNW Components - **Color:** Black - **EU Spare Part Availability Duration:** 3 years - **Item Weight:** 1.5 pounds - **Product Dimensions:** 1.22"W x 4.92"H ## Images ![Pnw Components Loam Dropper Seatpost Black, 30.9Mm, 125Mm - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/710DSJ9lJ-L.jpg) ![Pnw Components Loam Dropper Seatpost Black, 30.9Mm, 125Mm - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/A10xWLQA0GL.jpg) ![Pnw Components Loam Dropper Seatpost Black, 30.9Mm, 125Mm - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61Kc1JmCF-L.jpg) ![Pnw Components Loam Dropper Seatpost Black, 30.9Mm, 125Mm - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41U7dyIIauL.jpg) ![Pnw Components Loam Dropper Seatpost Black, 30.9Mm, 125Mm - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41W+7vwzsGL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this post! *by K***B on September 3, 2025* purchased this to replace the post on my son's Rockhopper. Fits great, works just as well, easy to install. Good amount of travel - worked very well in his bike. Best dropper for your money! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it *by J***N on November 25, 2022* Nice to get the seat out of the way when going downhill. Stops anywhere between min and max travel if you keep weight on it while releasing dropper leaver. Like the ability to limit max up travel because my seat post tube is long, and removing 10mm of travel is perfect for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great addition to hard tail Giant Talon 2 *by A***. on August 21, 2022* Design and look of the Loam dropper is sleek and visually appealing. There are clear measurement markings on the post, for easy reference. Adjustable air pressure (to control how fast/slow the post “pops” up) and the ability to service the post yourself are great options. The tool-less travel adjust is also great so that you can tune the height to your specific needs. There are different color silicone bands available to purchase if you want to color match to your bike. Lifetime warranty is awesome. Hopefully I never have to use it. If you do any type of jumping you are going to need a dropper post, unless you don’t mind the seat post all up in there. Only downside is that there is no cable or cable housing included with the dropper. This is the ONLY thing I had an issue with. Just for reference: I am 5-10” 230 lbs. I installed the Loam dropper post myself. It went on a Giant Talon 2 hard tail (30.9mm post / 125mm dropper) with a bit of elbow grease. The Loam was paired with the PNW Loam Lever remote (cement gray). Don’t forget to do the proper measurements on your bike at the PNW website (dropper post calculator) so that you order the correct size/height dropper post. This is super important. ## Frequently Bought Together - PNW Components Loam Dropper Post w/ Travel Adjust, 30.9, 31.6, 34.9, 125mm, 150mm, 170mm, 200mm - JAGWIRE Dropper Seatpost Cable Kit - PNW Components Loam Dropper Silicon Band --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/285944108-pnw-components-loam-dropper-seatpost-black-30-9mm-125mm](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/285944108-pnw-components-loam-dropper-seatpost-black-30-9mm-125mm) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
