Great Chilis
My chilis came still pliable and there was no mold issue at all. Ive used them for a few different dishes already and they are delicious after a few minutes of roasting in the oven then soaking in hot water for 20 minutes. I soak all my peppers together in hot water and then use or save the "chili water" for using either in the dish or rice or other yummy uses! Its so flavorful!

Am going to make tamales by myself for the first time to keep on the tradition & could not find a 4 ounce bag of these chili types no matter what store I went to. I just needed a small amount. These were fresh, pliable and shipped immediately. This was perfect thank you!!!
