Whimsical and good quality - fun gift!
I had one of these before for years (and years!) and it finally got a bit too rusty even after re-painting. I need to explain that I live right by the ocean so I am not complaining even tho it might sound like it; I was surprised it lasted as long as it did! I was happy to find this replacement unit. It is whimsical and functional. You may need to squirt it now and then with silicone cuz it can start to squeak when it spins. Great gift and fun addition to the garden.
