My 3yr old broke her elbow and is in a hard cast up to her shoulder that absolutely could not get wet(she had surgery on her elbow too so infection risk was higher if moisture got into her cast). It has been so much easier washing her hair and bathing her since we purchased this. I highly recommend! Doesn't leak and is very sturdy and she has somewhere to rest her head while I was her hair.

I had to place plumber's tape where the hose connected to the basin because it leaked. The hose also falls out. The tape fixed both issues. I cannot remember if I placed the tape on the inside and outside of the basin drain hole or on the outside of the hose. it worked fine after that. It stopped leaking. The headrest is a little hard so I would place two washclothes each folded separately into four and place one washcloth on top of the other or a hand towel into four. I also folded a hand towel on the basin's place for the neck.

So far we only use this once, but it is really durable comfortable easy to clean. Looking forward to using again.

It working ok. But some time it slip away of my head. Some need somethig can clamped it to the chair or base.

Great product for bedridden patients, family members, etc. The neck rest area would be more fitting if there was a larger curve. The hose to drain into larger basin or a sink was definitely needed and useful. Overall made washing family members hair much easier . Would buy again.
