This is my go-to backpack; it has spots for everything I need to carry!
I received the backpack, and it was precisely as expected, with one glaring exception: the advertised 12,000mAh battery was in fact a 10,000mAh battery. I'm not used to Amazon having incorrect information, but at the end of the day, I ordered an Anker 13,000mAh battery at the same time, so don't really care anyway. Solar panel works nicely, but only in bright direct sunlight (as expected). Charges the 10,000mAh battery in about 8 hours. Great for camping trips in the desert. The backpack has pockets and slots for everything I need to carry with me, and has become the bag I carry with me everywhere.Love the bag!

Think before you buy. . . it's heavier than you might think.
iT'S TOO HEAVY FOR OUR PURPOSES. The solar panel is stiff. However, it might suit someone who is using it for short hikes. . . This is not for everyone.

Terrible customer service
Battery failed within a week-- the input simply feel apart.I ordered a replacement battery. Over 20 days later and still waiting for it to arrive. Terrible customer service.
