Decent.. Besides the fish smell...
Pretty decent quality. Good size. Padding feels good, can hit pretty hard without hurting partner. But had a strong fish smell that just would absolutely not wash off. And your hands would smell like it afterwards. Have had this for a few months now, and it has recently started to smell better. But definitely still there.

The kicking target is ok. The mits are ok. The kicking pad is tiny. It is at least 30% smaller that it is made to look in the pictures. The mits are more than half the size of the kicking pad. The quality seems to be mediocre at best.
