great starting point for young pitchers
Nice workout for a younger kid. My 11 year old uses them on off days and as warm up on game days. No issues with rip/tears and can be installed just about anywhere.

Better than most & as good as...
3rd Purchase after trying 5 or 6 different brands- these are better than most & as good as the brand name for discount (with the addition of the strap & door anchor).

Don’t recommend college bands
The college navy blue bands are very tight and highly don’t recommend them for anyone. The bands are made with very high quality and look good. Highly recommend them but get the youth resistant to actually get best warmup with them

Bands are good for kids.
Seems to work, and my son's coach hasn't yelled at him about it. Still can't throw line-drives from 3rd to 1st, though.

Great for catchers/pitchers
My son requested this after starting to have joint pain from catching nearly or the entire game.He has benefitted from using this item, and the pitchers on his team have found it useful, as well.
