Outfitted with one 1/4 in. NPT female end and one 1/4 in. NPT male end that swivels 360 degrees, the TEKTON 10 ft. x 3/8 in. I.D. Rubber Lead-In Air Hose connects air tools to line hoses or air hose reels. Acting in part as a sacrificial piece, it protects longer, more valuable hoses from intense wear, greatly extending their service life. Its swivel end gives the tool extra range of motion to prevent the hose from getting twisted and tangled as you move around and change positions. Made in the USA! What else need I say! The hose has high quality brass end fittings and are equally crimped just as nice. I'll definitely buy more when needed. Excellent product

Bought this as a whip hose for my various air tools.
The swivel works well and means the last bit of the hose that gets "worked" chafes this piece. Well constructed and I didn't have to by swivels for each air tool.

Very nice hose. Like the other Tekton products I've purchased, it provides a good balance of quality and fair pricing. I don't use my compressor every day, but more than most, and it has held up well.Tekton has proven a good middle position for tools ----- I can't justify high end tools, but I hate to buy stuff that fails with moderate use. They seem to have found the sweetspot on most things.

It works and is nicely flexible, but I will be replacing it quickly.[Edit] upon reading this review, the owners contacted me and immediately sent me a free replacement for my old one and I just threw the old one out. The new ones seems fine good sturdy and they have amazing customer appreciation!

Works as expected
I've had it about 18 mo with no problems although it does not get heavy use.

Seems OK
The hose does not feel as if is the best quality. Seams stiff and the one end (not swivel) does not have a cuff that rotates so you need to rotate the whole hose to install it in my instance. Just need it to last a year or so but I would look for better quality. I do not have high expectations for this product.

Very nice swivel end whip hose.
Great swivel end whip hose. Using on a body saw and a cut off tool, like how the swivel makes it easier to position tool. Much nicer quality than the brands that available in local stores.
