Best Investment For My Powerhouse Rig
Perfect Stable Strong, Amd 9590, Amd R9 Gamer Series RAM 2400 32 gigs , 3 way SLI x3 MSI Geforce GTX 770 TF OC GS 4g, Asus crosshair v formula z Motherboard, Everything runs excellent, And ive clocked this sucker to 6 ghz with proper cooling. I use a kraken x61 280mm cooler as well as a full tower case equiped with 12 fans made by NZXT. No problems what so ever. Best investment ive made for my rig.

Worst computer component I ever bought, and almost non-existent customer service
After several months, this power supply started failing. The computer would suddenly lose power, and instantly shut down. I tried different cables, I tried unplugging one component at a time to see if I was overloading it (1600W, really?), I unplugged everything EXCEPT the motherboard and video card - nothing worked.I sent it in under an RMA, and when it (or a replacement) came back, there was a very loud vibration - the fan casing had broken loose and was bouncing around inside the unit. Okay, maybe it happened during shipping. So I got another RMA. This is when I begin to realize that the service department I'm speaking with does not communicate well in English. I let it pass, since I finally got the unit back in working order - for the time being. All tolled it took me over TWO MONTHS to get a working power supply back. And all the while I was without my computer. After that, yet another problem (luckily it was still under warranty). One day I go to turn it on, and the computer starts for about 10 seconds then shuts down. I open up the case, and see that the power supply turns on, then within a few seconds, turns off. Once again, I try different cables, I try unplugging everything but the motherboard and video card - nothing works. So I rinse and repeat. I return the unit under an RMA, and when it comes back, guess what? SAME FREAKING PROBLEM! They didn't do a damn thing to it! They just returned my unit exactly as it was.Since I didn't want to go another two months without my PC, I buy another power supply - AT $288 - hoping LEPA's service company, Ecomaster, would realize enough is enough, and at least offer some kind of monetary redress. This is their reply: "Our technician will testing the power supply." Right, and I'm supposed to trust that they understood me. Not. So now I'm sending the useless paperweight back for a fifth time. Unbelievable. As other reviewers have said - avoid like the plague. EnerMax/LEPA and Ecomaster are absolutely horrible.P.S. I tried to escalate the issue, but was stonewalled. So, a quick Google search revealed that, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) complaint, Bret L. Boteler, the president of EnerMax, Inc., raised $17.26 million through the fraudulent offer and sale of securities to over 250 investors in more than 40 states without registering any offering. (SEC Case Number 4:13-CV-527)No wonder they don't give a damn about my $300.

like it's hitting a wire or the flimsy plastic but ...
I purchased this PSU a couple years ago and it has powered my gaming PC with multiple vidcards however the fan had started clicking a couple months ago, like it's hitting a wire or the flimsy plastic but it is not. The fan is at it's end. I have tried several times to contact LEPA/Enermax both by phone and through online rma requests without ANY results. Avoid them at any cost. LEPA/Enermax support is the worst I have ever experienced.

Great product, terrible customer support
I do a lot of work with PSU, especially high-priced high-powered PSUs. This product is high quality, looks beautiful, runs quietly and smoothly, and is excellent in almost every way--SAVE ONE. The company's customer support is NON-EXISTENT; perhaps, they do not feel it is important to respond to out-of-country requests. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I've needed a personal replacement on one of their proprietary parts for months now. The damage to the cable was my doing, and I'm willing to pay for the replacement. Unfortunately, zero response from them after multiple attempts to contact anyone in the company over the span of months. I am disgusted that a PSU--especially one this expensive--is simply sitting on a shelf because LEPA decided to make proprietary parts that are 99.99% of the time standard in all other models, and THEN elect to not offer support to replace those parts. In essence, great product, but if something goes wrong (accidentally or intentionally), it will be dead in the water. IMO, this makes it unreliable as a low-quality PSU. NOTE: Never remove their cable sleeving, either. It is pretty on the outside but ugly on the inside. This doesn't affect function, but it's nearly impossible to custom-sleeve.

Great super beefy power supply
Great super beefy power supply. however the only reason I rate it 4/5 stars is because some of the cables were JUST BARELY long enough (6+2 pin power connector) and it was a stretch for the motherboard power and auxiliary power cables to reach in my full-size ATX motherboard case. Although came with plenty of cables, even more than my ROG motherboard would need actually.

So far so good.
My rig consist ofGigabyte 990fxa ud7amd 9590 cpu with h80i cooler.sapphire 290x3gskill sniper 16g ramwindows 8.0 64lepa 1600 psuwaiting on waterblocks from frozencpu.com then system will be fully under water...minus chipset ram and hdd.Only con I have with this psu is the connectors feel a lil chincy but the cable thickness is what matters when feeding the power hungry 290s. Graphs show in gaming these cards can pull 400 watts each-so technically im at 1200 already and now my amd 9590 with a tdp is 200 I believe so now im at 1400 give or take a few watts. everything went in together nicely and man the psu i swear added 15lbs to my black hawk ultra tower....almost need 2 people to pick it up and move it lol. Overall I'm utilizing a big portion of the psu already just on stock clocks and have no intention on overclocking since im basically sitting with barely anything to spare when it comes to watts.
