    Pretty much useless!

They contain Soy Lecithin as an emulsifier. I wish they had a picture of ingredients so i could have not ordered them and wasted money. For some of us with Digestive issues, Soy Lecithin would make us quite ill. I had to give them away. Please take a picture of ingredients and post it on this site.
