These are better than those as they're a bit wore adjustable so should fit most people in some way or another. Once you've activated them by pulling out the battery tab you just press the button to cycle through on, flashing and off again, which is easy. They seem pretty bright and the battery has so far last two weeks of commuting for about 2 hours a day on flashing. I haven't checked out what batteries it is but this is decent. I'm running them as arm bands with the green at the moment as I already have a blue body band and red rear light (well, it's nearly Christmas!). I don't know how additionally visible them make me but they are pretty bright.I find the comfortable on longer rides. My daughter wanted to use them but they're too big for armbands for her, but sh'es realised that you can link them together to make a waistband and you can also wrap them around parts of the frame or her rucksack so I'd say calling them 'armbands' is limiting their use.Overall good useful additional lights for not too much money and anything that helps car drivers to see cyclists can;t be bad.

Useful
I use these on my dogs for their free runs after dark. The lights themselves are excellent and distinctive for spotting the dogs running round the field. Unfortunately the batteries have a nasty habit of coming adrift from the collar. It would help if some form of fastening was used to contain these as presumably even someone using them for jogging could dislodge the batteries.

Cant go wrong with this extra bit of safety
A great little addition to safety when running or cycling. I like this product for cycling as I tend to use it as a trouser tie to protect yhen from the chain. Therefore I'm doubling up using it as a safety band and a trouser holder so it's great. it is also good for running as they arent intrusive and are lightweight.

Great addition to safety on a dark night
They are good in the dark and in daylight you don't need to turn them on.I use them when cycling on my ankles ( act as a good trouser clip) and my wrists. Most people would struggle to get them on their biceps as the range of circumerence isn''t huge but doe depend on how many layers of clothing you have on. not had to change the batteries yet and still flashing.

good value
Good value, nice and bright, could do with being longer, i dont have huge arms, but with my coat on they are Very tight and barely fit, had to buy some Velcro to extend them.

Good safety lights
The straps are bit short, maybe they are only meant for ankles. I wanted to put mine on my arm over my dark coat when out walking at night. However they work well around the ankle.

Works well
Great arm bands. I use them when walking on roads and they are really visible in the dark.

LED Flashing Armbands
Brilliant for me out running. Pick a colour that goes with my running gear. Has 2 different flash modes and an on mode. Highly recommend.
