This LED lamp is designed to either fit directly onto the top of a mirror, or onto a cabinet above one.It's all plastic (the shiny bits are chrome-plated plastic) and quite lightweight. The back bracket comes with a mount for horizontal fixing above a cabinet which can be removed to leave a two-pronged hook that fits over a mirror. Cable entry is at the back, and is terminated with a simple connector block.I've given it three stars for a number of what I'd call deficiencies;1. The cable coming out the back means that if you put it over a mirror it will be pressing directly against a wall, if it fits at all. There's no provision for it to go downwards behind the mirror.2. The short cable has a rather cheap connector block. It's safe enough from touching with dry hands, but isn't at all water sealed. In a bathroom I'd question just how safe it really is.3. The light can't be fitted to a wall above the mirror. It's on the mirror or on a cabinet. A simple design change would allow it to be fitted to the wall as well.It would have been nice to have a simple touch-sensitive on/off operation. I know it's cheap, but I've better lamps at a similar price and they're touch-sensitive.

I'm lucky enough to have a brother who's a qualified electrician so he wired this up directly to the wiring in the bathroom. I've positioned this over my bathroom cabinet mirror and it provides a good effective light, not too bright, just perfect.You must consult a qualified electrician to hard wire this light up correctly and safely!The product seems well made, it's an all plastic construction with a chrome effect coating on the stem and edges of the light.There's no switch so this will be linked to whichever circuit switch your electrician connects it to, mines connected to the main light switch in the bathroom.You have to supply your own screws and plugs as these aren't supplied in the box, ask nicely and the electrician will provide :)£14.99 is a very good price, I've seen many similar products costing a lot more than this so it's very good value for money.I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend it.

This Bathroom mirror light is very easy to install and at a very affordable price. It has a chrome effect but made out of plastic and very light weight. Thus makes it look cheap, however if you think about with its plastic construction prevents electrocution especially you would normally install this above a sink (in zone 2 of a bathroom). Overall, its a good mirror light and cheap to run.

This is a lot cheaper than the similar name-brand lights, so I was hesitant to buy it. But, it seems really well-made and looks very good. It's a clean design and casts a bright light.There are four set screws that hold the light's base to the wall bracket - the hardest part was getting the screws started. Other than that, installation is a breeze, and the base covers a standard 4" box.

Really easy to install. Two screws and you're done. The wiring up is the difficult part and you'll need a qualified electrician for that.The light isn't very bright so you need to be mindful of that if you prefer really bright lights.Overall it’s a decent light and good value for money.

Straightforward installation, I would have preferred instructions with clearer illustrations and larger text, hence the loss of one star, but overall the build quality and materials used are good and this is a sturdily build but lightweight light fitting with no fiddly installation requirements.

I wanted something that’s easy to fit and I found itMy bathroom is super dual and this as helped me get ready in the morning didn’t take long to set up and doesn’t go foggy in the bathroom nice and slim light just right for ny small bathroom

This bathroom light will need wiring so be aware of that.Once installed, which didn't take long at all, it is a nice compact light, decent brightness and has had no issues.Can recommend so long as you know a good electrician.It arrived well packaged and quickly.
