Review: Takes way too long to cook - This stuff is much thicker than the other orecchietes (ie, DeCecco). Package says cook 18 minutes (!) but we cooked it 25 and it was still too chewy to eat. Fantastic pasta; purchased for a specific recipe that required a slow dried pasta... still haven't made that particular recipe but we've preferred it to other brands we typically get at Whole Foods to date. Highly recommend.
