Cupping to help massage cells
Great product! Small size orange bag holds 4 cuts wit ha sponge for helping to massage the body for different levels. Size is good and the material is a silicone. For the value of money, it is good. Works well with a massage oil

Great product
Really, I wanted this primarily for the bigger of the two face cones, and I wanted extra body cones for my legs. The two body cups are identical in size, and awesome for legs (I've used them before). I personally don't like bigger cups than these (I have some). So this kit is right on with the two body cups and larger face cone. The tiny face cone is the only one I may not use much. Still nice for the kit, but not my go to. Maybe I just have to figure out how to make it work for me... So the bigger face cone is right on. I basically use a good quality, pure, organic, non-comedogenic oil for my face (hemp seed oil, argan, etc) and I use the cup while I watch tv. I spend a little time on each face zone and feel the oxygen flow (little redness and Ringling). If done well, it stimulates the collagen and helps tighten (therefore a slight lift and smoothness comes with the firmness). Just don't over do. I love using it between my brows as an alternate for Botox, for example. I use it all over, but that's an area that benefits! I find it relaxing, and I couple it with muscle excersizes for my face, helping relax the jaw and other tense areas. It's not a permanent solution, it's just a part of my daily regimen. I was previously using bigger cups and massaging by hand (wonderful). But I'm thrilled for this new size of face cone :) And don't forget to drink lots of water :)

Good product! But watch how much suction you use.
I've been using them for a couple of weeks, and think I see an improvement in my facial skin. I use them after my shower with my facial lotion to help them glide. (I don't want to allow the water to run while I'm using them in the shower--wasteful!). A problem with the big cups (for rest of body)....First time I used them on my thighs, I bruised rather badly. It did not hurt at all while I was using them, but I guess I used too much pressure, and my skin reacted badly! I have used less suction on them since the first couple of times, and it is much better. Operator error was the problem!

Great basic set. Good price.
Shipped and arrived quickly. I've noticed a difference in forehead wrinkles and pore size. Some have said they wish for directions to be included. Simply wash your face, choose an oil you like (I use either hemp oil, argan oil, rosehip oil, or coconut. Sometimes I mix in some vitamin e oil as it's sticky on its own) and rub a generous amount on your face for better suction. You want to keep the cups gliding and moving so you don't bruise. Use the smaller cup to go along brow and nose areas, and around/on lips. Don't use cups on eyelid or under eye. Small one doesn't provide a lot of suction so I don't use it as long. Use the medium size cup to go along forehead. Glide it back and forth horizontally along forehead. Next, start section next to your lips where frown lines would be and glide the suction up along cheek bone, do same starting at apple of cheek and going up, then along chin and jaw line. Repeat these movements for about 5 minutes a day a few times a week. Only used bigger cups on back with oil with the help of boyfriend. Good for tension. Haven't used them for cellulite, but I'm sure same rules apply. Use oil, keep cups moving. They end up rather oily, so I washed them with warm water and soap and left upside down to dry.

Hard to squeeze, no suction
I own another brand of cups, but wanted extra, & the larger ones. I was really disappointed. I have RA, but still have a fair amount of strength in my hands, but these really made my hands hurt. I gave to squeeze the hard, & still don't get a good suction. By the time I was just a quarter through my cuping routine, my hands & arms hurt & we're extremly tired. The suction was not consistent & they didn't hold a suction. I prefer the little cheaper set I have, at least it felt like I was gaining ground after a session. I could return them, but not sure it's worth the effort. I do love the konjac sponge that came with them, it worked great! That's really about the only good thing I can say about this purchase.
