Fresh, and crunch. Actually, I think they must have just roasted them when they got my order cause it took longer than I had expected before they finally appeared in my receiving box. I was expecting them to be shipped with the rest of my Amazon food order. Not so . . But they are really good. Don't know if I'd reorder due to cost per # and time needed for shipping from Oregon kitchen.

I've been adding honey roasted sesame sticks to my homemade nut mixture for a long time, but haven't been able to find any lately in our grocery stores.
