Yes the K&N is similar in size and the filter wrap is expandable. Should have no problem using it. It works perfectly to block larger dirt and debris.

So I did the google search for you (base=6.125 top=5.219 height=7.125). So now we search for the sock size (base=5.5 top=4.75 height=6). Nope this does not fit. Filterwears has a search for sizes. Due to the odd size of your filter they do not provide a sock. My suggestion is to buy a K&N or other more popular brand with standard sizes if you want a good fitting sock. Or buy an oversized sock as the water wicking effect if the same.
