Let's start this review off by stating that the various plant proteins and plant-based ingredients used to make this beverage taste quite... planty... You can definitely taste the pumpkin seeds and other additives. It does taste like chocolate, however, it has a very thick smoothie-like texture to it. That being said, all of the natural ingredients and plant protein plus all of the vitamins and minerals all in one 230 calorie package makes it a perfect protein shake breakfast if you are aiming for weight loss. It has several weight management nutrients such as Chromium content which has slight weight-loss benefits. These sell for about $3-$5 in stores so buying in bulk is a smart choice if taste isn't an issue for you. My advice is do not buy this product if taste is a big issue for you. If you prioritize reaping nutrients in one serving and do not care about taste or texture then this is a perfect product for you!

I've ordered so many cases of this product for more than a year and pretty much drink it every day. It tastes good and has the % of protein, carbs, and fats that I look for. We drink it as a stand-alone, in shakes, and on road trips. I highly recommend this product.

Great source of protein, pretty healthy. The price is pretty expensive though and the picture says 35 grams, but it's really 32 grams which is deceitful. I also wish they didn't put all the oils in it. For a product that is only what you need, I don't think we need that.

First, I’m not Vegan. I choose protein drinks on how well they agree with my digestive tract. Dairy based proteins tend to bloat me.These are great! Taste great, no digestive issues. I even drink them warm, out of my gym bag.Would definitely recommend these.
