Omega 3 6 7 & 9 Gummies for Healthy Heart and Brain, Zero Sugar

I have been taking this brand since 2021, and yes, they do work. I don't eat seafood of any kind -- it makes me ill -- so my HDL levels were never good. taking this supplement raised my HDL appreciably, enough that my doctor was pleased (but still wants it higher, d'oh). I don't know why people are saying they taste fishy. they don't. I guess people don't understand what "vegan" means... THERE IS NO FISH OF ANY KIND IN THESE. I wouldn't be able to take them if they were. I agree with one reviewer you can kind of taste the flax, but I didn't find it overpowering. all that being said, I see they changed the formulation since I last ordered, so I am a bit nervous to order it again; previously they only had malitol and monk fruit, now it looks like they added additional sugar substitutes, so I am hoping they don't taste fake-sweet now.

I love peaches and anything peach flavored so that was the first thing that got my attention. Then I saw that there were more than just Omega 3 oils, which I didn’t even know existed before now. So I was definitely willing to give it a go, bought a bottle and took two every day. I definitely noticed an improvement in my mental and executive functioning, I have AuHD and so does my daughter. She is ten and very particular about what she will put and keep in her mouth, and she loves the taste. She says they’re just as good as candy. The price is a little higher than I would pay for just regular Omega 3 fish oil capsules, but with the extra omegas and the flavor, this has become my go to for healthier brains. They are easy to chew and don’t get stuck in your teeth, and sometimes I like to just let them dissolve in my mouth because the flavor lasts longer. No fishy burps or taste, and the texture is good enough for even my picky eating daughter. I have been buying them now for four months and I love them. I’ve even told my friends and family how good they are.

So as stated, I taste more flaxseed than peach, but it's not unbearable. The texture is more European gummy than American, which is great because it doesnt stick to my teeth. I can tell a very big difference with less brain fog, more supple skin and less PMS symptoms. It has also curbed my seafood cravings. I can't say for sure if I'd get this brand again, but I'd consider it.

So I almost didn't purchase these because of the reviews saying the taste is odd. I got them anyway to find, yeah it's not full peach ring like in flavor, but it doesn't taste like fish. It does have an off smell but again not bad just not all peachy. Please remember this is still a vitamin and they are going to have some flavor of what they are made of if it's wholistic herbs/ plants. I would buy again but am finding other products that include this at higher levels and that is what I need. I would suggest to give them a try before just saying no.

Negative -5 stars. They are advertised as having DHA and EPA, but the supplement facts panel only shows ALA form flaxseeds. This is misleading and has none of the health benefits I am looking for. On top of that there is no returns. False advertising, and no returns. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

The flax seed oil overpowered the fruit taste , making it one of my least popular gummy vitamins to take. I will probably try a different brand in the future to avoid this oil taste.

I love these! They're easy to eat and I personally find the taste very pleasant; it's just like eating a gummy sweet, there isn't any weird taste or texture at all.

it has taken me some time to get use to taste, it's a very strange taste with a oily finish, im now begginin to like the taste but it has taken me a while. they seem to be doing the job so i cant complain

Good value and easy to take. I pop 2 in my mouth every morning before I even have breakfast. I like the peach taste. I do not eat candy at all so I am not used to massive sugary artificial gummy flavour to compare it to. There is NO fish oil in these so not sure why people mention fishy oil taste. I think they are imagining it. These are VEGAN gummies. I certainly feel good on them. I use them to help with perimenopause and I am still fully functioning down below LOLZ
