Xtreme 3 Senstive Skin Disposable Razors for Men With New Heavyweight Handle, 12 Count

I started buying the extreme 4 when gilette starting lecturing me about my masculine toxicity and I am proud to be a contributor to Gilette's 8 Billion dollar loss. This review is for the product offered here: SCHICK EXTREME 4 (blue handle). For some reason, there are some reviews here for the extreme 3 (green handle) which I don't recommend. The EXTREME 4 gives a close shave, is reasonably easy on the skin, and is very long lasting. They are quite sharp but once you get the hang of them, they perform well for extended periods, with no cuts. There are complaints here that they clog: this sort of goes with getting a close shave and is also dependent on the thickness of the cream being used, but they are easily unclogged by using an old toothbrush to scrub them free. I am very happy with this product and will not return to Gilette for the reasons stated. I have ordered from this vendor multiple times: product is authentic, priced nicely, and delivery is speedy. Give them a try!

Ladies, you have got to try these if you've never used the X-treme 3 line before! If you use the women's version already, stop! Get these instead! There is little difference between the men's and women's versions outside of color, and the men's are far cheaper! My boyfriend uses these razors and usually I keep a few at my place for him. A few months ago, I couldn't find my razors as I was packing to move and they were packed, but there were some of his, freshly bought, in the cabinet. I ended up stealing one of his (I told him, he was fine with it). My regret isn't stealing one of his - it's not doing so sooner! They were the best razors I'd ever used! No nicks, no cuts, no irritation, closest shave I've ever had! Normally, razors don't want to cut the hair behind my knees because it's so fine, but these were amazing! The bikini line can be difficult as well due to not being able to shave in certain directions, but not with these, I was far less self conscious in my swim suit this past summer! And they leave my skin so silky smooth... And beings I switched from women's razors to my boyfriend's brand, we can go in halfers or take turns buying! I haven't tried the new handle yet, but, I did like the heavier, thicker ones on the women's razors so it'll be a plus. My favorite part of this line of razors is the flexible blades - the rigid ones nick me and cause so much irritation! Best. Razors. Ever!!!! Edit: I used one of these with the heavier handle the other day, and I must say, it's just as good as the lighter handle, if not better. I tend to shake a little when holding lighter items, and the heavier handles make a difference when shaving certain areas (sensitive ones like behind the knees) or areas with a lot of angles (like the front of the knees or bikini line). I thought this would be the case. STILL THE BEST RAZORS EVER, EVEN WITH THE UPGRADE!

Not really sure why these things exist. They aren’t terrible for a disposable but they are nowhere near as sharp as the Hydro (also from shick). Thing is they really aren’t any less expensive either. The flexible head is a little gimmicky because it doesn't really bend enough to match the shape of your head or jawline. I don’t really mind having less blades as I think the numbers race has gotten kind of out of hand. Sharpness though is key. These blades give a very cheep one time use shave right out of the box. I can feel tugging and pulling and the burn when I splash on aftershave is much more than with the hydro. They aren’t all bad but at the price I just don’t see where they fit in. Especially since shick has better offerings at just about the same price. Maybe I’m missing something?
