Is this liter flushable?

Yes the easy scoop is flushable and I love it! You have to be careful not to overload the toilet, though. I have been flushing for 6 months. No problem.

How is it for tracking? I hate when my cat tracks the litter out of the bathroom.

Larger than a gallon of milk. Maybe the size of 1 1/2 gallons? HOWEVER, if you're making a bug out bag and you just need enough litter to accommodate the cat for a few days, I would strongly suggest putting it in a gallon-size Ziploc bag. That should be plenty and it'll be easy to place into any kind of duffel or suitcase that you need for bug-out. If you use 2 Ziploc bags you should be able to fit all of it in there that you need for a full week of use. Plus it's much easier to pack that way. Just FYI, it is very very light weight. It won't add much weight at all to any duffel or emergency kit. ALSO, you can buy fold-down dish pans in camping section. There are ample size for a emergency litter box and they fold down into almost nothing.
