Review: Bright, fruity, and much hotter than the Bhut Jolokia sauce. - My new favorite. If you're familiar with their bhut jolokia sauce, don't think this will be just a little different. It's much brighter and fruitier, and obviously has a greater proportion of ghost peppers to habanero. Quite a bit hotter. Other than the significant difference in the taste of the chilis, the rest of the ingredients don't seem to have changed much or at all. The peppers carry most of the flavor as usual. Now for the two cons: $10 is expensive for a single 5oz bottle. And as usual their plastic caps occasionally don't survive shipping. If you're looking for something both bright and fruity but not nearly as hot, I highly suggest their Scotch Bonnet sauce.

My new favorite. If you're familiar with their bhut jolokia sauce, don't think this will be just a little different. It's much brighter and fruitier, and obviously has a greater proportion of ghost peppers to habanero. Quite a bit hotter.
