I gave it to a friend who is jokingly referred to by her neighbors as the sheriff. She watches their houses when they are absent and knows everything about the neighborhood there is to know. Now she will make sure that a particular person on the block will stay self quarantined for appropriate time. She likes being called the sheriff.

Pin came off badge when pinned on shirt.

The hot glue and safety pin idea was not the best. Came apart before he could even wear it. I'll get a flat-back pin from a craft or office store and glue it on instead. Or maybe glue on a magnet and put the another inside the vest. Looks nice and shiny, good generic fake Sheriff badge.

Originally got this for serving as security during vacation bible school but found it helped quell a riot at A.m. Pm over out of stock teriyaki jerky. The town drunk found his way and purpose in life, two gun fights were stopped and a surly cow poke learned the value of manners at the cafe. Shoes or boots or no service. All in all, the safety pin attachment could use some redesign.

Got this as a gag gift and it was perfect and good quality.

It was just o.k...I found the same product at a local store for much less. The pin broke off after only a couple of uses. I was able to reattach it with glue, but I felt it was poorly attached for the price.

I thought for the price I was receiving a metal star but it turned out to be plastic with a safety pin glued on the back. The pin broke off the very first time I tried to pin it to my shirt. If you order this be prepared for some repairs.
