So this product is amazing in terms of eliminating the crankiness, and various other physical side effects of nicotine withdrawal. With that said, you really do have to go cold turkey on it ... after about day 2 or 3 at least, when enough of it has gotten into your system. It may initially cause you to dislike the nicotine, but you get past that phase pretty quickly, and unless you're committed to quitting, it's not going to work. So you need to either be extremely disciplined in cutting down the amount you smoke/vape each day through the first 5 days (which doesn't work for most people) or, IMO, go cold turkey after day 2 or 3 , when enough of it has built up in your system, and never look back. So I was a heavy vaper and quit without the usual extreme crankiness and other side effects, but only after 2 aborted attempts where I had not gone cold turkey, and therefore never ended up quitting. Even though I was a heavy user, I only needed about half the pack before I was done completely. So, later, every once in a while, I'd have these weird cravings or weird feeling in my head, and so I would take another pill on demand whenever those types of sensations arose, and it took care of the problem. I did like 5 pills for 3 days, 4 for 3, 3 for 3, 2 for 3, 1 for 3, and then I was done. Every few days after that I might take 1 pill on demand. But this stuff is amazing. I have some kids in their early 20s who are also using this and they're also making great progress.

First off shipping and delivery were flawless! Next this is my 2nd attempt, product stated to stop taking and try again months later if I went back to smoking while taking and advice was perfect. It’s legit a crime against humanity that more people don’t know about this. I have struggled with nicotine addiction for 20 years. Cigs, Gum, toothpicks, vapes. And the gum was causing me to have heart issues. I have never been able to quit nicotine because I get so angry I fear for other peoples safety. I’ve tried chantix (crazy nightmares I still remember to this day) Wellbutrin (made me suicidal) the patches (they won’t stay on) gum (I got way more addicted to the gum than I did cigs) This stuff WORKED first try right out of the box. I’ve been vaping for almost 5 years and have tried to quit multiple times with no success. Two days ago, I threw out my burnt vape and told myself I had 8 cigarettes and I had to make them last until day 5 of taking desmoxan. Yesterday I got the pills and started taking them right away.
