How tall is just the whelbarrow section (not the awning) off the ground when it is resting on resting on its base ?

I too bought this for a grandchild. With the awning, it is taller than she is, but that doesn't stop her from trying to ride in the cart section. I would estimate that it is about 15-18 inches at the top of the cart.

Is it correct that there are 8 screws in the parts? It says 6 in the manual, so please check the actual number. There are two left after assembling,

6 screws are needed to assemble the product. Sometimes an extra screw or two may be included in the hardware pack.

The wheel keeps coming off . What is a good solution?

The Little Tikes 2-In-1 Garden Cart / Wheelbarrow came with tools to assemble it. Hopefully you kept the tools. I would advise to use the appropriate tool to tighten the wheels.
