Been using the Pentek DGD-5005-20 in my Big Blue housing for a few years now and it's doing exactly what I need. The dual-gradient density design does a great job catching sediment progressively — coarser stuff up front, finer particles as water moves through — so it doesn't clog as fast as the cheaper single-layer filters I tried before. Water pressure has stayed strong. Fit was perfect in my standard 20-inch Big Blue housing, no issues there. Installation was straightforward, and it seems well-built for the price. I'm planning to just keep a few spares on hand for swaps every few months depending on usage. Great value if you're dealing with sediment, rust flecks, or dirt in your water supply.
