Fitted well to our Passat, no movement or sliding once tightened. Stable when the roof box was connected. Minimal noise when traveling at higher speeds with no whistling. Easy to attach and remove when not needed. I would definately recommend for cars with flush rails.

I am impressed by the quality of these bars for the price. Simple to fit and robust enough to last. Also aesthetically much nicer than square bars.

Fit our car perfectly and with ease after assembly. It’s a bit fiddly fitting the rubber strap underneath after cutting to the correct size. Once that was done they simple to fit onto the car. Pretty good quality for the price but anything near 40mph and you get a whistle. I haven’t taken them off as yet but will do for the winter as it’s quite loud. Very stable roof bars for the price

Bought this in advance of needing to put our roof box on for a holiday. I checked it fitted the car and that was no problem. But, when I went to put the roof box on, it wasn't possible to secure it to the bars because the feet that attach to the rails on the car stick out over the bars to such an extent that the box can't be secured to the bars. Even more annoyingly, this was after the return window, the Amazon customer service just tells me this is the case and goes round in a loop and I have no way to find out who the manufacturer is as any searches just send me to retailers.

Simple enough to attach, although cutting the rubber strip is a bit tricky; couple of tips, use washing up liquid to help slide them into place, and keep in mind that as you tighten the rack to the roof, it pulls itself together slightly, so your carefully measured rubber strip will be slightly too small. They're actually pretty good for the price though; have them fitted to my Zafira C, and recently went on a 200 mile trip to the south coast with them easily holding up a roof bag full of all the kids worldly possessions with no problems whatsoever with the the storage capacity. Apparently they're built to 50KG weight allowance (the car says 70kg), but that's "two big cases packed for a fortnight abroad" with a bit left over, so no real concerns, and the build quality seems fine for the price. They do tend to make a bit of a whistling noise if they're uncovered - in my case this happens about 60-70mph, so it's only noticeable on the motorway (officer). On the downside, the locks are more of a visual deterrent than anything; they turn a tiny piece of metal which should lock into the bar, but it's nothing that pulling them firmly won't overcome. For the price, an easy 5 stars, but you could probably get better if you pay 2-3x more...

Bought these for my Vauxhall Grandland X and they fit great. They are very easy to fit and are very secure when fit correctly. Overall I would say they are worth the money.

The issue is that the roof rails on the 2024- 5008 (and probably 3008) aren't parallel as they go further apart towards the front of the car and these are only 120cm which means they fit OK if you put them at the rear of car, but if you put the roof box further towards the middle, the front one just isn't long enough. Obviously this depends on how long your roofbox is. I suspected this was the case, but the app told me it would fit, which, I suppose, technically it does. The SUM-005 is basically the same as these but with 135cm bars and the app told me they didn't fit the 2024- 5008, but in reality, they would absolutely be a better fit than these SUM-004, but slightly sticking out more - you could cut them down to size, but if you change to an even wider car they might then be too short. It also means that the top rubber strip isn't quite long enough to cover the gap in the bars, and would likely whistle on the motorway unless the gap was covered with some duct tape or similar. I've decided to keep them as I realised the bars themselves are exactly the same as longer 135cm ones I already owned but with different feet attachments (my others are for raised bars with a gap), so I can easily swap them by sliding the feet off the end of the bars. Also the feet that contact the roof rails on the inside are plastic, not rubber and the outer adjustable grip piece is just painted metal, so you need to be careful not to damage your rails when attaching and removing - these fittings would usually be rubber to prevent scratching but this is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. They do the job, but don't expect them to be THULE quality. I suppose my main takeaway is if you measure your car's roof rails and it looks like it might be a bit tight, go for the SUM-005 as they're only a few quid more expensive.

Product ok, hard to open but it doesn't fit properly in a Ford Galaxy 2010-2015 as I bought for it. I will use anyway but I will have to strap inside of the car when I load something
