Does this Hepa filter fit a Honeywell F115c smoke eater?

This filter fits a Kenmore Hepa 100. The Air cleaner # is 83231. I am uncertain if this fits Honeywell

How often are you supposed to replace this?

Per the HEPA 100 user manual: “The usable lifetime of the HEPA filter is I - 3 years depending upon the level of air contaminants in the room and the frequency of use. The air volume output will begin to decrease dramatically when the filter needs to be changed” I change mine every year since I leave it on much of the time. This assumes you regularly replace the charcoal pre-filter at least every 3 months.
