Works like a champ.
I purchased the product to seal a leaking tubular tire on my Cyclocross bike. Somehow, over the summer the rear tire developed a leak around the valve stem. It was this or a $200 replacement (tire and installation, I have tried to glue on cross tires with no success). The product worked as expected. I removed the valve, dumped in all of the bottle and rotated the tire a few times. I then inflated to 20 lbs and lo leak. I waited a few minutes and pumped it up to 60 lbs and it has held for several hours. I put the whole 4 oz in the tire. It’s a 700c x33mm so probably somewhere between a road and a 29er. I have never tried the product on tubeless tires but I am very pleased on tubulars. As a reference, the tire is a Challenge Limus Pro.

Better than Stans (in my case)
I have a set of tubeless carbon road wheels. The rear one sealed decently with Stan's. The front one I have remounted, tried different tires, retaped, different valve stems... always broke the seal around the valve resulting in a slow leak (like 80-40psi in about 2 hours). I added 1 ounce of orange seal to what was already in there (probably 2 oz of Stan's) and it sealed right up. Switching to orange seal from now on. I do find the syringe-tube applicator of Stans easier to use than the contraption that comes with orange seal so I'll keep that.

It Works, It's Not Cheap For Just Filling a Tire
These folks know they have a good product and are proud of pricing apparently.

Lasts about 6 months.
I prefer this stuff over Stans because of it's ease of application, seems to seal puncturs more quickly, however it has a prop65 warning, so it's probably not good for the environment, unlike Stans which is ammonia and natural rubber based.

The best sealant
I like Orange Seal Endurance as it is long lasting and effective. I use this 4 oz size as a carry-along in my tool kit in case of diaster on the road and I need to try an emergency bead reseat.

Great package for the emergency kit
Injecting with a syringe from a more economically sized bottle is great at home, but not so much if you want to carry some sealant with you to top up if you've sprung a bigger leak. This barely takes up more room than a bottle of Stan's half the size, and seals up gashes it won't.

'sealed' the deal
My tire was leaking due to a handful of large thorns. After adding the sealant and air, I spun the tire around a few times. My tubeless tire is now holding pressure. That being said - I haven't tried this with a C02 pump and the label doesn't mention if it's compatible.
