Great quality for fantastic price.
This was 1/3 the price of a big box store option and the quality seems much better. The single turn on handle operates with a high quality feel. Great water flow and easy to install. We bought 3 and really like them. The only draw back and this is more about the nature of the design and finish, it is easy to get water spots. If your hands are wet when you turn it off, water easily adheres to the flat handle and spout. This leaves the little residue marks that have to be wiped off each time. Common for brushed nickel surfaces. Our drain is from a different company and does the same thing. Still a beautiful and well crafted product.

Quality look and feel, but...... Doesn't sit plumb.
I purchased two of these faucets on March 25th, 2021 and in general, I am very happy with them considering the cost. I left the seller a short message and indicated I would respond in more detail via a review. From a plumbing perspective (valve, water connections, flow, etc) they are excellent. They look and feel like quality faucets. OF course, considering the bargain pricing, I realize you have to save money somewhere. There are three areas which I found to be subpar that effected the mechanical installation of both faucets.First, I built two Identical butcherblock vanities and double checked the level and ensured there were no ridges or burrs sticking up around the faucet hole. Both vanities were dead on level and smooth. However, both faucets on both tops leaned noticeably to the right and back. To make sure it was the faucet and not my craftsmanship, I installed my new kitchen faucet in each and it sat perfectly level. I is evident that the faucet bottoms are not plumb.Secondly, the shank is made of thin material and the thread depth is not adequate. This caused issues as I had to reinstall the units several times to get thee plumb and eventually I stripped one set and compromised the other. The third area of concern was the connection method itself. Aside from stripping the shank threads, usually a single hole faucet of this height does not use a plastic hand nut, but rather a brass nut with set screws to ensure the unit does not turn. This being said, this method would not have been so unstable if the washers they provided were not so thick and pliable. The faucet has a lot of give to it even after tightening (I had full access and leverage when tightening as I did it prior to installing the sinks). the washers that come with the faucets are too thick and pliable. With all this said, Here is how I ended up installing the units:1. I cut a 1 ¼” drain tail pipe flange washer to a quarter turn (see pic). This fit nicely in the faucet hole and I placed it in the back right quadrant to push the faucet back to center (It was leaning to the right and back – this pushed the unit back to the left and forward). This washer is not the old plastic type but rather a stiff, but compressible epdm rubber.2. I placed one of the provided pliable washers on top of the quarter washer. In this method, being pliable wash helpful. See pic3. I placed the faucet over top of this arrangement and replaced the bottom washer with a second, full drain tailpipe flange washer. This fit nicely in the hole from underneath and as it was much stiffer than the provided one, it secured the faucet much more adequately – very little movement when force is applied. This washer is not designed to stop water (the top washer does that). It simply provides a sort of lock washer action. The top washer, formed over the quarter washer underneath and sealed the opening – see pic.4. See pic of the now plumb faucet. The only down side is that I had to reinstall several times, moving the quarter washer around to get the best location. This caused one shank/nut to strip and the other is certainly compromised. I have asked Hosino to send me two new shanks and nuts as replacements. We will see if they do.

Impressive!
Impressive! This faucet ranks with the best names in faucets. It is made of metals, thus, has nice weight to it. The water flow is strong. It’s design, attractive. I love it in my new bathroom. Also, customer service is awesome. When I ordered this faucet the wrong color was sent. I contacted Amazon and agreed to receive the replacement. The next morning I had an email from the seller, proactively, following up with me to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Impressive!

Nicer than expected!
Such a pleasant surprise! An relatively inexpensive item that it is much nicer, heavier & better made than the much more expensive ‘name brand’ that is being replaced which did not last 2 years!
