I bought this medallion for myself, as I am in recovery. It is very well made, good looking, and easy to read. I very much like the polished look. It's small enough not to be garish, yet large enough for me to notice when I need a reminder. I wanted something that would withstand my day to day life without needing to be replaced anytime soon, and this is it. I will be purchasing several, and giving them to the other guys in my group.

I just didn't know what to get my son to celebrate the 6 mo. mark of sobriety. This was a perfect gift to keep in view, to touch and to remember. Good quality, thoughtful and "just right" to show support of his accomplishment!

I bought this for my sponser aa a gift on my anniversary. When he presented my coin to me I then gave him this as small thanks for all he has done for me. He loved it and the quality was so good I bought another for myself. Everyone I showed it too in my group has asked about getting one so I keep sharing the advertisement.

I was so disappointed in this product, as I really wanted to like it. In so many ways it seemed perfect. The keychain ring is sturdy without possibility of a key sliding off, and the coin medallion itself has a nice weight and strength to it - both suggesting very good quality that can handle a lot of use. The Amazon description states this item is "elegant" with "beautiful, high-quality embossing", which I would agree, but there is another issue which significantly distracts. Unfortunately, while the side of the medallion imprinted with "One Day At A Time" has a matte finish and is easily readable; the other side printed with the "Serenity Prayer" is so glossy/shiny and the lettering so tiny that it is very difficult to read. You have to keep tilting the medallion to shift the glossy shine/glare and look very closely as you try to read the words. You really have to strain to do so, which is not what I wanted. I need to be able to see the "Serenity Prayer" words easily for them to be effective as a reminder of its message, so unfortunately, I will be returning this. It would be great if the manufacturer could find a way to have both sides with a matte finish for the embossing.

Lovely - about the size of a quarter, so small without being fragile. Seems well made. Shipped promptly. Great gift for a dear friend.

Wish it would have come in a nice box but overall it looks quality made.

I am very impressed with this. It is heavy, not cheap looking. The engraving is done well also.
