Peruvian Sphagnum Moss by Orchid Nerd ™ (Peruvian Sphagnum Moss, 500 Grams)

I love this! It expanded so much that I had enough to make five moss poles if I wanted! and the quality it great it doesn’t have a bunch of leaves or sticks mixed in it and the strands are long so it’s easy to work with. The only problem I had was when it dried out it was very crunchy and made a mess on my floor but if it stays moist it does well sticking together.

this moss is fine, and very soft, not to many hard small twigs or dry grass as some other brands would have; easy to manage. it absorbs the moisture pretty well. good moss for orchids.

Wasnt bad. It was a little twiggy, but pretty dry and a lot of it crumbled to saw dust almost. I could make a few moss poles out of it, but was really hard because the strands weren’t very long. Not bad quality

Slightly dusty so if you have allergies beware of that; if you plan to rehydrate the whole block at once you'll be fine but I would rip off chunks to rehydrate when I needed, hence the dust. Nice long fibers with no unwanted debris

Tightly packed so you in reality get a lot of moss! I used it for mounting my Staghorn Fern to a wire rack that hangs on the wall, appreciate that the moss has very long strands so wrapping the root ball was an ease. So many more plants and pots I'll use this for!!

I love the quality and quantity

So far my new orchid is still doing fine ,flowers are gone ,but replanted it and the moss and plant food seem to be working, looking good

Well priced compared to what I could find locally, and there is SO much in this block. I took out enough to make a 4 foot moss pole and I swear the product just expanded in the packaging so it looks like I haven't taken any of it out! Probly won't need to buy more for a while, and I have plenty to share with my houseplant enthusiast friends.
