Shoulder straps come loose easily
Overall the backpack quality seems to be good.The complaint that we have with it, is once loaded and on your back with light or heavy items the straps come loose right away. Usually you find that the plastic strap clips have teeth on them to hold the straps in place, this backpack does not. Also the strap itself should be doubled up and sewn on the end to prevent it from totally coming out of the plastic strap clip, also not done.Very disappointing as the backpack is totally useless, unless we take it to a seamstress to get these alterations done.Waste of money

Do not buy
I wanted this bag for a weekend trip. I packed my things, zipped it and clipped the strap. I heard a tear and it ripped.

Very bad quality
My husband needed black military backpack for his deployment. So i purchased this one, he used it for a week, torn on sides. Such a bad quality. Wanted to return, but 30 days passed. Could not return it. Do not buy it.
