I recently purchased the Tenergy 2 Pack NiMH Receiver RX Battery with Hitec Connectors, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Batteries did their job perfectly and never had any problems Best Buy for the price and better than brand name ones !

I like it but only need it for ground testing. I got it so I could quickly test my receiver without worrying if my UBEC was working. The thing is, I was building a quadcopter and those ESCs, every one of them, provides ample juice to my Naze32 and futaba receiver. Oddly, this pack can also power my transmitter. Even more oddly, the juice from this pack can reach from receiver to Naze32 to the ESCs. It's not enough to fly the quad but does spin the motors so I can see whats going on without the thing being fully and dangerously powered. As for the pack itself - it just sorta works. It seems to be of decent quality construction from good parts.

my shop speaker is a bluetooth speaker from back when the a2dp standard came out. It would cut out at max volume because the batteries were long dead, and they were 2x of these AA nimh packs. Restored my st discro r58, even works unplugged now.

This was a much more affordable way for me to get a new battery for my Spektrum DX7S transmitter instead of buying a Spektrum branded battery pack for twice what I paid for this. I did need to cut the connector off of the old battery pack - being careful to only cut one wire at a time to avoid shorting out - and to cut off the connector from the new battery pack - again being careful to only cut one wire at a time. A little soldering and a couple of pieces of heat shrink and I was back in business. The battery pack is an exact fit replacement for the original Spektrum battery.

I haven't put the batteries through their paces yet, but they arrived with a decent charge and seem to be of great quality and I feel they will work out just fine in my RC plane. Thumbs up!

The back up battery for my home alarm system died again. The old AA 4pack of NiCd cells had been replaced once already and they simply wouldn't hold a charge anymore. The physical dimensions of the 4.8V Tenergy battery pack was identical but the wire connector was different from the one on the alarm system. I clipped the wire leads on the new battery pack and soldered on the old ones, put it back into the alarm system and it's been working fine ever since. The alarm company said the old battery packs were no longer available and that I'd need to upgrade the system for about $700.00. The 4.8V Tenergy battery pack replacement was a much better solution. Thanks!
