I have an old bike that had an octolink bottom bracket that I wanted to take out and replace. This was going to be a one-time (most likely) need, so I really didn't want to spend a lot on a tool that I likely wasn't going to need again. This piece worked. It aligned perfectly with the 8 recesses of the octolink and I was able to use a plumbers wrench to loosen and then unscrew the tight bottom bracket. Solid piece, good fit, not too expensive. Checks all the boxes.

Worked like a charm on my Bosch Ebike to get the crank arm off. Nearly 1/3rd the price of a similar Park Tool option and it worked great. I needed a LARGE crescent wrench/spanner to turn it but it worked without any issues.

I could not be happier. I did not take any pictures of its use, but it was uneventful other than having to use an impact socket over the giant nut and an automotive impact wrench to take off the drive side!!! If you take a look at the picture I did take of the crank bolts, they snapped and I had to weld a nut onto them. That kind of gives you an idea of how stuck on everything was. The bottom bracket was in there tight as can be and this tool took it off with ease and did not make one little mark in the bottom bracket!!!! Two thumbs up! Thank you for an uneventful bottom bracket removal after a disastrously tough crank removal.

Needed a Bosch lockring tool to remove the lockring from my Bosch motor spindle. This tool did the job for my 2023 Trek Rail Gen 4 motor! $10 and delivered to my door and one day. Way cheaper than the Park tool. Helpful tip: Don’t forget the Bosch lockring is reverse threaded.
