Window Regulator Repair Clip (1) - Rear Right (Passenger Side) - Compatible with Ford Focus

I had resigned myself to having to buy the entire regulator assembly that includes the motor, frame and pulleys so I was delighted to find just the component that was broken and so I was able to fix the car window quite inexpensively.For the 2002 Focus, the tricky part is disconnecting the window glass from this clip. As described inthe youtube video "Easy Steps to Replace Ford Focus Window Motor" at about 8:30, there is a white nylon pin inside a white nylon tube that needs to be carefully pushed out and then saved. This clip does not come with replacements for those pieces. Also, when taking the lining off the door, be aware of the tar on the inside that was used to hold it in place - don't let it get on your clothing.

a little tricky to install... but worked great once I figured it out...The installation video skips over a few important steps.You have to bend the metal retainer with a needle nose plier in order to pop cable wheel off. then once re installed you'll have place one cable on the little edge of the green pulley then turn the green pulley with a needle nose plier to allow the cable to slip into the main groove of the green pulley. Once I figured that out it worked perfectly and saved me from having to buy a complete assembly

Make sure you order the sleeve and pin, as the seller does not include them with the repair clip. The seller would receive a higher review if they had included the missing pieces for a bit more $$. Mainly my fault for not checking before ordering the parts. Hopefully somebody will learn from my mistake.

It takes a while to install. This is not a plug and play system there is very little information on line about restringing the regulator. It took me about 2 hours to string it and reinstall the system in my car. It is cheap but you pay for it in time.

This item was exactly as described and I received it very quick. Installation was pretty easy. Entire job took about an hour and a half.

Worked perfectly.

Don't buy. Broke on install. Broke at the same place the original one broke, which is why I bought the replacement. You would think they could re-design the problems and fix the kinks. 😡
