Packs well, cooks fast, efficient and a good reliable tool
I've made many a thing on this grill. I've used it for weeks on end. Coffee, tea, homemade maple syrup. I've used it to boil oil for hot wings and onion rings. I've sautรฉed butter drenched vegetables. Seared tuna and steak. Soup, stew, and I even built an oven to make field biscuits and such. Has heated my tent with a flue pipe and reversed grill to act as a smoke collecting hood during an immense downpour and miserable days trapped tentside.Keeping the fire fed is key. Make it a habit. It's not meant to be left unattended. Feed it moderately every 2-6 minutes. Make sure it's on a stable surface so you may steady large pots, pans or woks. You get accustomed to how it works and an observant individual will have no issues. Charges large battery pack/ hub for the phones, earbuds, tablet and laptops when in use.Had one version 2 unit fail when the button slid off of the switch. Fixed in the field with light, smll tools. They replaced the unit when I returned from that trip. Owned two of these: the original back in 2014 (was stolen in 2021 while in the truck) and the 2.The first NEVER had an issue. The second only that one event. Excellent purchases. Three for me, two purchased for family members. If you're not patient, attentive and appreciative of this designs efficiency and versatility, it will not be worth your time. This is a tool, not a yuppie-boutique item for a ridiculous premium cost. Care for it, it'll care for you, as a good tool should. As an aside: I had a friend's jetboil product clog and fail during a trip. It could not be resolved in the field with anything on hand. Had I not packed the Biolite, we'd have eaten a lot of granola, trailmix, energy bars and berries from surrounding foliage.Customer service has been VERY ATTENTIVE.๐๐๐๐๐

Fun camping stove
Fun camping/prep stove. Super practical gear for car camping, close walk-ins, canoeing, ect. Its not the best choice for long backpacking treks because there is a bit of weight /space issues with the kettle and stove.I like the ability to have a reliable mini generator while out on long camp outs. Its takes decent amount of time charge when it's an empty battery. If you don't have anywhere to be in a hurry, it's not a problem. Takes a while to cool off before it's able to be packed.Lots of pros and couple of cons.Over all, I think it's a great stove to have and add to your camping supplies.

Adorable kettle fire!
ADORABLE! And the stove packs inside of the pot! Genius! And the fire fuels the power bank?! AND I mentally justified the price because the company supports beyond grid humans!

Cool, but...
I like the concept, but the way it works is a little off-putting. I did run the battery out so the fan wouldn't work and then lit a fire and the fan started working again, so it does create electricity. My biggest complaint is that you can't turn the fan off while it's charging. It will turn off for a few seconds and so long as there's heat in the probe, it will kick the fan back on. I do not like this feature because aside from running the battery out if you're trying to charge the power bank, it makes it difficult to relight the fire if for one reason or another it goes out. Overall I enjoyed the experience of cooking with it, once you get the fire going it'll do the job, although you do have to keep feeding it, as it can only hold a small amount of fuel. Overall I'm very satisfied, albeit a little annoyed by the flaws, I would expect more for the price I paid.

Great Item!
Love this item. Surprised at how quickly a very hot fire was achieved and how quickly I was able to boil a pot of water. The only thing I would say was not as advertised was that it was not smoke free. In fact, there was A LOT of smoke. I was testing it in my fireplace and even then the whole room filled with smoke. I had to open a door and push it out with a fan. Other than that (which wouldnโt be an issue outside), everything was very simple to operate and worked well. I did not try the grill, so I donโt know about that.

Great camping and emergency device
great camping and emergency stove. It burns very clean, with little smoke. Carry a pair of pruning shears with it and you can quickly cut all the fuel you need for powering this little gem. The USB charging port is good for maintaining your phone charge and powering the included light. The version I purchased all fits in the cooking pot, with the exception of the grill.

Mine didn't work right straight out of the box
This thing sucked so horribly that one star isn't worth it.The fan kept repeatedly shutting off on the first attempt to use. To the point it didn't boil the pot of water.Charged it all the way up from a power station. Second attempt failed miserably again.Third attempt successful in boiling the water at roughly the 50 minute mark, over 3 fuel(sticks and twigs)reloads and my final review is this thing while it sounds great what I got shipped wasn't worth the price.I followed the instructions precisely yet this isn't a product I would give a thumbs up for. Also NOT smokeless. The fan made the smoke unbearable to be near. The LED display was nearly impossible to view. After initial charging the battery stayed charged and it did indeed charge a vape pen and a cell phone however if the overheat protection shuts the fan off before a liter of water gets boiled this product needs better development. The video I made is too long at 20mins to upload here.

Cool!
Fรผr Camping Begeisterte eine tolle Sache, nicht ganz gรผnstig, aber die Mรถglichkeit der Stromerzeugung durch Hitze ist natรผrlich klasse! Brennt sehr sauber, gut verstaubar

Great function; primarily bought as it generates electricity from fire
Expensive but great quality and function. Not the best for portability but I'm keeping it in reserve along with solar lighting and gas camping stove...just in case.

Cool piece of gear
It's quite functional and I've been able to cook and boil water with ease. The ability to generate a charge for a USB device is pretty cool. I've been using pellets and it's quite efficient and I'm able to get quite a bit done on one filling of pellets. If you're looking for a super light stove then this isn't it. The trade off for being able to generate electricity from the fire is a bit of weight in the battery pack/fan.
