I have a lot of problems with repetitive stress problems and finger, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, bicep/tricep, and shoulder pain. Also, I'm a pretty strong guy. I have enjoyed working with this kit a great deal. It does have its limitations. For instance, I think it's made for people with smaller hands than mine, and the piece with the individual finger exercisers that use springs is probably the least effective because it tends to jam rather than work smoothly. But I really like all of the other parts. Maybe I'm not using everything exactly the way it's designed to be used but that's another advantage in my opinion. You can tailor your use of these different tools to whatever works for you. I love that it has its own pouch for storage and it's always by my chair and I grab it a couple times a day and just mess around with everything for a few minutes. It's actually kind of fun. I like it a lot for both stretching and for strengthening and have already noticed a lot of improvement in my tennis elbow, forearm pain, and thumb pain. Get this kit, get creative, stay at it, and as long as you OK it with your doctor first, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much you'll get out of this kit for the money you spend on it.

Ring & egg are sticky (yuck). Finger stretcher is too small for my small/medium hands. Overall, probably not worth money.

I work at a desk and noticed my grip strength fading away.This product really helped me regain strength I was losing. All items help in different ways. I use it daily and have already seen tremendous progress in my forearm and hand strength. The pain in my wrist is subsiding away slowly as well from all the typing I do. Would recommend. I wanted to increase my hand strength and didn't know what to get. This set is really good, with all the options. I am finding myself only using the grip strengthener and the egg ball, but the others may come in handy at some point. I don't know how much good they are doing, mostly because I forget to use them, but I'm hopeful. I have arthritis and painful swollen knuckles in my fingers.

Each piece is very well made and good quality. Really great kit to buy to workout the entire forearm and increase grip strength. Portable and easy to bring with you wherever
