My sensitive skin loves this!
I have been using this moisturizer for about 2 years and it is awesome! I first bought it at a local "health food" market but it is much cheaper on Amazon of course. It is a thicker moisturizer but for my combo and sensitive skin, it is perfect. I am out in the desert frequently and it works wonderfully for dry times but is also not too heavy for our more humid coastal summers in our times of warmer temperatures. I sometimes use it with my retinol/Retin A and it maintains wonderful moisture while still allowing the Retin A to work. It does have a nice smell in my opinion, and I am sensitive to fragrance in skin products but it is not overwhelming but it is a scent. It also allows you to wear sunscreen over it; it blends very nicely. Overall, a great product for the cost and I've been to many high end facial places where they are always trying to pitch their products, starting with the seemingly innocent, "what kind of moisturizer do you use?" When I tell them that I use this product, not one has ever said that it not a good product. (Of course, they want to sell you serums to "supplement your skin regimen."

Probably not the real thing
I usually purchase derma e products at Wholefoods but they didn't have "this" product in stock, so I ordered it online. Big mistake because my face broke into a horrible, itchy rash requiring a trip to the doctor and steroid ointment. I have used the derma e product for years and this did not happen. I suspect this product is not the real thing and more fool me because I had been warned about counterfeit products on Amazon. I bought the three pack and should have known the price was too good to be true. You may not develop a rash but why take a chance? I wish I didn't have to give this product even one star but am doing so because I can't give out this warning without giving it at least one.

The best Vit E creme on market.
People may purchase this product for differing reasons, and everyone's skin chemistry may be unique, as well, but bottom line is that it helps keep skin healthy. In my case, as a middle-aged male, I find it extraordinarily helpful to use this product on my face, neck, and scalp, after shaving. I find it preserves a healthy look to my face, overall cranium, and prevents acne from forming. In addition, for sensitive skin areas subject to frequent abrasion, this product soothes and greatly aids healing / comfort. Also, very high quality, completely non-greasy, and super-soft. Highly recommend.

Perfect moisturizer for overnight, great for acne-scarred skin.
This is a longtime favorite nighttime moisturizer of mine. I have dry, acne prone skin that's difficult to keep moisturized. I also use a retinoid to keep my skin clear, which makes my skin even drier. This is a thick, almost greasy (but in a good, moisturizing way) cream that's perfect for layering on overnight to wake up to soft, supple skin. It absorbs quickly and while it does leave a slight amount of residue on top of your skin, it's not noticeable unless you apply makeup overtop. I have tried a thin layer under my makeup on my dryer and it doesn't have any ill effect on my makeup, but if you don't wipe off the excess first it feels like wearing a mask. It's also heavily scented like melon flavored candy, but I like the smell of it. It's not an overpowering smell, but it's very obvious there's perfume in it when you open the jar. It fades after application. If your skin gets irritated by perfumes in your products this may not be for you, but this moisturizer doesn't irritate my acne prone skin. It doesn't burn when applied, no matter how dry or chapped my skin is. This stuff can migrate a little bit, so you really have to try and not rub your eyes because if the moisture gets in your eyes, it can sting. A lot. Wash your face, rinse your eyes, and start your skincare routine over kind of sting. I love the vitamin E in this, and I think it helps heal the red marks I get from acne much quicker than other moisturizers. When I'm having bad skin days I apply a thicker layer over my acne prone areas and dry patches, and when I wake up my skin looks less inflamed and my dry patches aren't flaky anymore. This is a product I keep coming back to over the years, and for a good reason. It's become a staple in my skincare routine. The three-pack is great as well because I often stock up in this in bulk.

Very good moisturizer
I've been using this for several years now. It's thick, creamy and goes on smoothly with no problems. Very fast absorbing and keeps my skin moisturized. I was going through a faze where my skin was super dry and flaky (I also have acne problems, and used to have super oily skin before, on the joys...), but I started doing this routine which helped a lot with my now drier skin:- wash face with a few drops lemon water- don't dry, while damp use a few drops jojoba oil all over face- skin has nice thin layer of jojoba oil, wait 30 secs for it to absorb a bit- put this moisturizer onWorked great for me, and my makeup goes on smoothly as well. (I use 100% pure tinted moisturizer or foundation, which has never aggravated my acne prone skin. As well, just recently found a foundation that has all natural pure ingredients called Sappho, which is more sheer but a good one nonetheless.)Hope this extra info is helpful in some way to someone!
