It is simple and sturdy. I have used this exerciser 30 bites in the morning and 30 bites in the evening for a month and half now, and I can clearly see a difference, my jawline is more firm and my face looks younger. I shall keep on every day and, yes, I recommend this jaw exerciser for its simplicity and efficiency.

This will definitely work your jaw no problem. It will by no means slim your face that is solely through weight loss, so if you want that eat less! I went straight in at the elite and after 2 days I already feel they need to either make this one stronger or release a stronger one. I would recommend everyone start at elite and just start with 15 reps then work your way up, the other models IMO would be throwing money away.

This product does give your Jaw muscles a good workout and I can feel the burn when I use it but the durability is sadly lacking, two of the silicon squares just split about a one week after I starting using it, sending it back used would be like sending a used toothbrush back so I haven't bothered. And for that reason I would not recommend this product.

It was very good, but, not durable.

I have been using this product for about 17 days now and I have definitely noticed a sharper jawline. Also I have progressed to being able to use it for longer repetitions than just the 3 sets of 15-25 reps, which means I have got a stronger jaw overall. I do notice that it definitely makes your jaw sore specially at the beginning, also becareful if you have dental work done as it may cause some damage. Also made some YouTube vids to track my progress.

This in combination with the round jaw trainer should do wonder for the jawline. Get the pro one aka black one and go for it! a tip: for fast result and if you do regular workouts use Creatine.

Ho avuto un’ottima impressione sul materiale, ben elastico e facile da pulire dopo ogni uso. Il prodotto è fatto bene e ottimo per la funzione a cui serve. Confermo quanto scritto in altre recensioni ovvero che le dimensioni sono eccessive, ma lo uso senza difficoltà. Complessivamente soddisfatto.
