Are you using this over or under your face powder?

I'm 46 so don't use face powder anymore but have in the past both pressed and loose. If I were still using powder I WOULD use the highlighter under the powder as it applies so nicely to the skin and it would take a very heavy application of powder to negate the benefits of the highlighter.

I have fair skin and blue eyes, what color should I try?

I would use the light one on fair skin. The darker one might look more like bronzer on fair skin.

Is it glittery? My main complaint with highlighters is that out looks like you sprinkled glitter on your face

Not glittery at all. Its a beautiful smooth highlight that is honestly one of my all time FAVORITES. Plus it doesnt break apart like the powder highlights. I enjoy it and recommend it.

Is this a good dupe for Glossier Haloscope?

Don't bother wasting your money on this. Not good at all. Very dry. It did not do what it is supposed to do. . Disapointing.
