So are they tangerine or kumquats? Is it 10 seeds or 1? The description is misleading .

It's kind of like a cross between kumquat and lime... The skin is sweet, and flesh is tart in the best way... There are 2-3 seeds I've found in most of them. I'd highly recommend.

Do you get seeds or a bush/tree?

I received seeds around 8, I did plant them and they are spouting but I'm not sure if they are actually Kumquats.
