Hellboy in Mexico Paperback – April 26, 2016

My book arrived on time and was in good condition.

This is a pretty entertaining edition to a Hellboy collection. Leads in to a few other stories, but can be read completely on its own.

Quick, fun read. Epic art as usual from the great Mignola and others

I didn't realize that it had two stories I already owned, but who cares? It was great. Art and stories.

Dies ist keine Besprechung der Stories oder Zeichnungen. Wer Hellboy mag, dem gefällt es. Der vorliegende Band allerdings enthält schon bereits in anderen Hellboy Bänden des Verlags Dark Horse veröffentlichte Stories. Wer diese veröffentlichten Hellboy Bände bereits besitzt, kann auf diese Zusammenstellung verzichten. Nichts neues also. Leider.

At the beginning, it was strange to read such short stories, sometimes they are even shorter than in your average comic book. The artwork however is great, it fits perfectly with these weird little stories, which are linked by an arch-story and thus have a different flavor if looked at as simply a digression in Hellboy's life story. To sum it up, I greatly enjoyed it.

Mike Mignola is a genius, the big "red" guy is a force for good, in bad times - long may he continue...

No bad surprises, it's exactly what was said. The comic itself is a great collection of short stories by mike and others
