I would like to know the diameter of the cork in millimeters and the material the T-top is made of, please?

James, I know this answer is weeks after you asked the question (sorry I've been bad about checking Email), but if you're still interested, the tops are black plastic and the cork body is a beige rubber like polymer, which measures approx. 19.45mm (had to get out the calipers), it will compress somewhat but not near enough to fit the scotch bottles I had. I ended up buying 18mm wine bottle corks and used sandpaper and a drill (used like a lathe) to turn them down to the 14 - 15mm size I needed.
