Good quality I always use an original filter. It's worth it.

replace the gaskets
for years i had others changing my oil and suffered inexplicable leaks.... only to start replacing the oil on my own and realizing that the Jiffy Lube's etc, (who were likely not using OEM parts) had not installed the required gaskets at the oil filter. I used the gaskets provided with this product, and voila! NO MORE LEAKS!!! I have now used this filter several times and it works great!

2007 mazda 3 - Missing the small drain plug gasket
Oil filter arrived in a box that looks authentic but only the filter and large o ring were in the box. The part number on the box matches the mazda dealer part number. Where is the missing small gasket for the drain plug on the filter canister? Very disappointed, will not order this again.

This filter seems working fine. However it is little taller than the Mobil 1 filter which I have been used for years. I would not know if it will crush a little until next oil change. Kim
