Its was nicely packed in foam supporters on both ends and was delivered as promised.I've bought two of these, one for my use & one for my daughter, one has been installed in a shower stall. Instead, mine is in the entry way of my apartment. We use them to put on & remove our shoes. The installation took no more than 15 minutes from unpacking to sweeping up the dust, and the seat has been sturdy & safe the entire time. The big advantage is that it folds against the wall, out of the way. And it stays folded.Looks wise also it is amazing as it FAR FAR better than traditional benches or stools. I reached out to the company people to understand about how it worked, turns out this is can also be installed in steam rooms, so any folks building a fancy bathroom, this is your thing.It is a utility product, it makes your life easier in sense that I don’t have to sit on floor or pull a chair to wear shoes saving much of time, efforts, and space.Chair itself is compact which makes it even more desirable product since it can be installed at dozens of places even if you have space crunch, keeping that in mind you may use it in shower area, mandir or elders who can’t sit on floor.Go for it, pricing is the best you could find anywhere online or offline.

Excellent product at very low price.

A good quality product I’m happy with my purchase. Initially I had the impression of a really good product. but after several months of use I find that the chair doesn’t hold the weight,comes completely detached from the bathroom wall now it has become a show piece in the bathroom because if I remove it, there will be screw holes in the tiles so just to cover the holes I keep it but cannot use it.A show piece in my newly renovated bathroom

I love it. It is very well built, great workmanship, very classy.There is one thing that needs looking at. It closes upwards. This means that when it is not in used and closed upwards, you see all the fittings, screws etc. If it was possible to fix it so that it closes downwards then this problem would be resolved.Should not be difficult to make that change.It should be possible to produce and sell both those that close upwards and those that close downwards. This is not a very problematic thing to do and not cost the company much to make that change for the future.

Product does not have installation manual and is useless

The product looks good. Don’t know how long lasting it is though. I bought two to first try it out, then I ordered two more. The second time, the color was lighter than what was delivered the first time. I have returned my second order. Would request supplier to deliver darker color so that it matches with my decor. I have attached photo. I want the darker one.

The product is just as it is shown in pic and works extremely well👍👍👍👍easy to install and looks good afterwards.I had it installed in my steam room & it works absolutely well.
