Can I use this with a liquid bandage? (First pour powder to stop bleeding, then use liquid bandage to seal the wound without removing powder after)?

This powder only works on small cuts. I bleed alot because I'm on blood thinners. First I pour on the powder then cover it with gauze or what ever you have and apply pressure for up to 10 minutes. I slowly remove the gauze and take another piece and put some Neosporin on it and apply that to the wound and wrap and leave it alone for 2-3 days. When you remove that the wound is usually heals but the hardened powder needs to remain till it comes off on its owen. A wet bandage will just remove the powder.

Any idea whether this will work okay on a lip?

Sorry, I have no idea. I do know it works beautifully on arms and legs, but have never used it on a facial wound. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.

Will this pouder hurt the wound?

First, this stuff really works: gushing wound to scab in literally seconds. I would not call it pain, more like very hot for 10 secs or so. An adult would find it mildly uncomfortable but a kid might say it "hurt". After dusting on powder you use pressure (hand, cloth, whatever) to make sure powder is not washed away by blood flow. A second small application may be necessary for oozing spots. But, it absolutely works.
