The media could not be loaded. Not only does this air fryer look expensive and great on our granite counter, it is so much bigger than the one that replaces. We had a 14 quart and this is almost 24 quarts and capacity. I have a family of five including three full-grown teenagers and we I found ourselves air frying more and more. This airfryer can almost get an entire dinner done for everybody and one shot. First thing that impressed me about this air fryer is how fast it cooked chicken nuggets compared to our previous air fryer. I attribute that to this airfryer cooking at 50° higher than our previous one. I really like the touch control panel and knob. It is really minimalistic. This airfryer has a beautiful stainless steel finish and really ties in with the rest of our KitchenAid stainless steel appliances. I like that the brand name is not real noticeable and is subtle. Really when you just look at their fire, it looks like a very expensive appliance even though it's not that expensive. I think the larger cooking space allows for better air circulation and thus why it Cooks so much faster. I don't think we'll ever use the rotisserie to make a chicken as we primarily use this to heat up frozen foods and reheat pizza. But this is a much better choice over frying and or turning on one of our KitchenAid ovens which uses 4,500 Watts. Our oven uses the second most electricity behind our air conditioning unit. so not only does this cook healthy but it also saves US money on our electric bill. This is a gorgeous air fryer and I highly recommend it.

Great flavor on the food

First, I will say that the instruction manual could be written better. It took me a minute to figure it all out. Because, they tell you WHAT to do. But, not HOW to do it. The mix of touch controls and knob controls can be a little confusing at first. It turns out that, after you hit the power button, you turn the knob to select the preprogrammed feature. The flashing will move from one preset feature icon to the next. Then, you hit the power button again to make that selection. While the oven is warming up, you can turn the knob again to adjust the temperature. Touch the temp/time icon to switch from temp adjust to time adjust. Turn the knob again to adjust the time. Touching the fan icon will increase or decrease the fan speed at any time. Touching the light icon turns the light on and off. But, none of the preset icons are 'live'. In other words, touching the French fry icon will NOT select that function. Touching the fish icon does nothing. The program is selected by turning the knob until the program you want is flashing and then touching the power button at the beginning of the cycle. Once that program is selected, all of the other program icons will go out and only the one you are using will remain lit.Finally, after I got it all figured out, this Kognita air fryer oven has become the most used appliance in the house. There are four adults in this household and we are all in the kitchen, cooking or reheating something at any hour of the day. We all really like this appliance.There is what I would consider to be a slight disappointment with this package. There is only ONE standard rack included. With a 24 quart oven that has THREE positions for racks, why not include THREE racks? Or at least two? And the one rack that is included seems to be rather sparse and flimsy. The rack wire is rather small and the bars are spaced very far apart. And, what about the other accessories that seem to be so popular with these ovens: The rotisserie basket and the skewer rack with somewhere between 8 and 10 skewers? Why didn't Kognita include those accessories? Everyone else does. Not that I think that I would depend on having them. It's not really a deal killer for me. But, what if I wanted to rotisserie a basket of fried shrimp or halved Brussel sprouts? What if I wanted to do a bunch of Kabobs? Why can't I take full advantage of a 24.5 quart cabinet of this great air fryer oven?As it is, I did cook dinner this evening in it. I reheated some BBQ ribs and chicken that I smoked the other day, and air fried some 'tater tots' all at the same time. Enough to feed four people. And, it was delicious. So, it was still a very good purchase. I am a little OCD and will be looking for those other accessories to complete the package. But, I must say that this is still a great purchase and very much worth five stars.

Probably the worst purchase I have ever wasted my monmoney on. It's bulky and awkward to use. Directions aren't clear on how to use the oven. The settings and timing are off so you either get the choice of undercooked or nearly burnt. The cheese doesn't even completely melt. Chicken strips have burnt. And some foods aren't much faster cooking than in a conventional oven or toaster oven

Great air fryer, however within two months my digital display did not show all the cooking features.

This countertop air fryer is amazing! It is larger than most so it's great for families or for hosting friends. It's perfect for those hangover days where all you want to do it pop in some fried food but also makes amazing healthy options, and it does so very quickly. It is a very versatile applicance and can perform so many cooking tasks as it works as an air fryer, a rotisserie, dehydrator, pizza grill, and toaster oven. The air fryer has a nice stainless steel finish that matches well with the rest of the kitchen appliances and although it's large, it looks very sleek. The touch screen and pre-sets make it easy to use, while the bottom tray and dishwasher safe materials make it easy to clean. Overall a great appliance and purchase!

There is a pan at the bottom that can be used as a baking pan or to collect crumbs. It simply slides out to brush off crumbs or clean of food drippings. This is also the best human factors design in terms of the buttons and the interface in which you interact. You can quickly adjust time/ temp and know when it’s off by the LED display.

The drip tray is incredibly shallow so it just drips all over the bottom of the oven. Then to remove it you have to take it out at a slight upward angle, so that the grease that did actually stay in the tray, gets dumped out to the bottom of the oven as well. Basically you have to get around the heating bars to clean the grease at the bottom each time.
