PICTURE SHOWN IS MISLEADING... does work though.
We were really bummed when we initially plugged this in.... as you look at the photo, it makes it look like you just plug it to the 3 cords then to the HDMI..... HOWEVER, you need that other little thing in the box that goes from the box thing to a POWER source that has an HDMI port (any cell phone adapter works or in our case the USB port in the back of the TV). Once we did that, Bob's your uncle!!PLEASE SHOW YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT THE BOX PART HAS ANOTHER CORD that needs to give power to the adapter. Graphics are not bad , a little grainy but the tv is a 55" so that is to be expected. Not bad at all to be honest! These graphics are old anyhow, remember!

The one that works!
IT WORKS!! IT ACTUALLY WORKS!! I've tried three others adapters with my Samsung tv and all I got was a black screen. When I plugged this adapter in just as they show, it worked! THANK YOU!!

Yessss
Make sure your games are clean before using this or else you might get the blue screen of no signal. I just bought a and 64 for the first time since I was a kid thought this might help. It does work, I turned it on and off to try to notice the difference and it does slightly make it a little better I don’t regret the purchase.. cleaning is key. I said propyl alcohol will work nicely as long as it is pure.

Not HDMI switch friendly.
It confuses my HDMI switch. When whatever component isn't on, this adapter outputs a blue "no input" screen. Now my HDMI switch won't auto switch when I turn on any of the other components. If I turn off the power to the adapter, the blue screen goes away, but the switch still won't work. It's really frustrating.

Works, but not great
Well...it does what it's described to do. But not well.I have this connected to my 27 inch PC monitor, from my gamecube. I didn't expect the picture quality to be great, so I won't knock off points for that. However, it does have some distortion on the right side of the screen, which is really annoying. Also, if you have it connected to a screen that you usually do not manually turn off - such as a PC monitor, which usually automatically turns off when not un use - this converter will keep it indefinitely on. It seems that when plugged in but not in use, the converter sends a constant signal to the screen. Which means, if you use something like a PC monitor that you usually don't manually turn off, you have to either manually turn off the monitor or disconnect the adapter.Just expected the product to be a bit better than this.

Solved missing red, white and yellow plugs not found on back of tv problem
Did exactly what it is advertised to do. However, the only cable I had to connect my console to the device did not have a yellow plug. I plugged the green plug I had into the yellow plug on this device and boom I then had sound. I use it with a combination NES and SNES system and it works flawlessly.

It works!
I have an old VCR plugged into it switched to 720p mode. I have an HDMI to VGA adapter plugged into the output. Then I go VGA to my old monitor. Looks okay to me.Also tested it on a 1080p monitor using HDMI, and audio went to the monitor speakers okay. So it seems to do what it's supposed to as long it lasts a long time. A slight video distortion at the bottom, but now we're getting picky on such a low cost product.

Displays "No Signal" in 720 or 1080 p
Doesn't work. It needs usb power supply (included) and a hdmi wire (not included). This things is a pain so far. Go with the more expensive options w everything included and no usb power supply needed. Not impressed w this cheap converter. It can display "no signal" in 720 or 1080p. Complete garbage.
